Molla Aikaterini has been working at the Ministry of Rural Development and Food since July 2022. She completed her studies at the Agricultural University of Athens, Department of Plant Production. In 2007, she completed her master’s degree at the Department of Natural Resources Management and Agricultural Engineering at the Agricultural University of Athens, specializing in “Applications of Geoinformatics to Natural Resources and the Environment.” In 2012, she completed her doctoral dissertation at the Soil Science Laboratory of the Department of Plant Production and Agricultural Environment, School of Agricultural Sciences, University of Thessaly, titled “Remediation of soils and waters contaminated with nitrates, ammonium, and chromium, and their utilization in plant cultivation.”
He has worked on four research projects. He has served as a research assistant in the Soil Science Laboratory of the School of Agricultural Sciences, Department of Plant Production and Agricultural Environment, teaching the following undergraduate courses: Soil Science, Fertility – Fertilizers – Plant Nutrition, and Soil, Water, and Plant Pollution – Soil Resources – Problem Soils – Soil Management and Improvement. During the 2020–2021 academic year, he served as an Academic Fellow in the Department of Agricultural Technology, School of Agricultural Sciences, University of Thessaly, teaching the laboratory courses “Field Crops Systems” and “General Agriculture.” He has worked at the Averof School – ELGO DEMETRA.
He has extensive research experience, with 20 publications in internationally recognized scientific journals, contributions to chapters in peer-reviewed books, 8 contributions to the proceedings of international conferences, 9 in international conference proceedings, and 6 in national conference proceedings.
